Career support

Our fully qualified career coaches provide an invaluable personal service to each of our clients, as they prepare for life back in the workplace. The team has a broad range of HR, coaching and IAG expertise across the corporate, public and private sectors. They specialise in managing transition in careers, advising on job searching and applications, and supporting women who have moved to the UK for the first time.

Recruitment

Our recruitment team specialises in part-time vacancies, running a commercial recruitment agency alongside an online jobsboard. They are adept at finding the right opportunities for women who are looking for flexible work, and provide a professional recruitment service for employers, by sourcing high calibre candidates. The team has expertise in assisting employers with job design, writing job ads, candidate searching, shortlisting, interviewing and skills testing.

Please note that Women Like Us is an equal opportunities employer. Men as well as women are welcome to apply for any of our jobs. We encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief, political beliefs or membership or non-membership of a Trade Union, or spent convictions.

Research and policy

This team speaks to a wide range of audiences including women, employers, Government, local and national media, and other service providers. They work hard to promote the issues affecting women who want to work after raising their family. The team also commissions research to improve understanding of these issues.

Shared services

Additional teams manage our finances, HR, back-office resource, ICT systems and marketing.
