Cancellation policy for Career MOT workshops
Once you have booked and paid your fee for a place on a Career MOT workshop, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation by Women Like Us
Women Like Us reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled, we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity and give you an opportunity to transfer to another course, or provide you with a full refund of your fee. Women Like Us cannot be held responsible for any other loss or expenses incurred (such as for pre-booked travel or accommodation) other than the registration fee.
Cancellation by you
The following refunds will apply if you cancel your place on a workshop:
- 6 or more working days prior to the workshop – 90% refund
- Within 5 working days of the workshop or non attendance on the day – no refund
In exceptional circumstances, Women Like Us may agree to provide up to a 90% refund if you cancel within 5 days of the workshop. In such circumstances, please write to us with full details of why you were unable to attend and enclosing supporting documentation (eg a doctor’s note).
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Martha Ahmet, Women Like Us, Bickerton House, 25 Bickerton Road, London N19 5JT or via email to private.coaching@womenlikeus.org.uk and must contain full details of which course you are cancelling. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
