Our free helpdesk is here to answer any questions that employers might have around part time and flexible job design… whether on creating roles, finding good candidates, staff hours and benefits or managing employees.
The service has been developed by Women Like Us to provide employers with free guidance in the creation and design of part time and flexible roles, and is supported by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Employers seeking a more bespoke service or additional support will be able to access our Flexible Job Design consultancy services and employer workshops.
Women Like Us have a strong track record in this area. We can assist you with general questions, or with the specifics of a particular vacancy. We can also put you in touch with other relevant organisations which give advice and support on other aspects of flexible work such as resolving disputes or supporting childcare.
