Becoming a school rep
Our school reps act as a point of contact between Women Like Us and women with children at school. You are there in the school playground, with a Women Like Us bag, for mums to approach on an informal basis, find out about the services we offer and hopefully register so that we can start helping them to build their new career.
Like all of the careers that we manage, being a school rep is a proper part-time job, with responsibilities and rewards.
• You help build a profile of your unique school community so that we can best serve the women who congregate there.
• You play an integral role in evaluating how we communicate with women at the school.
• We offer full training and help you to become fully informed about the Women Like Us service and philosophy.
• We meet you at half-term for a briefing (and we’ll talk on the phone as often as necessary).
• We pay you £200 per term.
